Returns & Refunds

 

We hope you love your Wigarmy wig and enjoy its use for  many years. We do understand issues  may arise from time to time, that require our returns or replacement policy to be enacted. In the unlikely event that this is the case, the following is our returns policy.

 

  

It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and have been correctly supplied.

If upon receipt of delivery you believe your Wigarmy wig to be defective or to have been supplied in error, (this includes issues such as transportation damage, defective products, or orders which are incorrect in any other way) please contact our customer service via email at support@wigarmy. Please provide a detailed description of the issue and attach a photograph of the wig displaying the problem/issue as clearly as possible.  Please note that we always need photographic evidence of the defect product, sent to us by e-mail, in order to handle your complaint.

Our 30 day warranty only applies if the product has not been damaged through misuse, accident or neglect, and has not been modified or repaired by anyone other than Wigarmy or its authorised agents. 

Our Returns Policy

 

1.       All claims to return or replace, must be made within 14 days or the delivery receipt of your item.

2.       Wigarmys return policy covers manufacturing faults. It does not cover issues relating to fair wear and tear and other useage.

3.       Wigarmy does not cover the cost of return shipping (we may require your Wig is returned to our factory)

4.       Original shipping charges (such as express/international shipping and import taxes) will not be refunded. 

5.       In your email to us please give us as much information as possible about your order, this will make the process easier for everyone.

6.       If your Wigarmy wig was a gift, please ask the original buyer to send you their email address and order number. Easy as! 

7.       We’ll email you the shipping details within 2 - 4 business days

 

8.       We will process your refund / return replacement request within 5-7 business days. of your return arriving back to our warehouse.

 

9.       Please note: in the event that a refund payment iis required for security reasons we are only able to refund your original form of payment (Paypal, AfterPay or Credit Card). If your card was cancelled or has expired since you purchased your Pulse Patch, the bank will sort it out and redirect the funds back to you. This can take up to a week.
