Wigarmy Shipping Information
When will my order be shipped?
As you will appreciate, most Wigarmy wigs are a special make article, and as such require a 10 day manufacture period. Please allow 10 days for manufacture. Please allow around 6 – 15 days for delivery depending on your location. Express shipping available.
Please Note:
Delivery times may be impacted due to COVID-19, and as such, extra time may be required to complete your delivery, depending on the location of the delivery.
We apologise for any inconvenience. While we endeavour to do our absolute best to get your delivery on-time, we ask for your patience as freight lead-times will be affected during the pandemic.
Can I track my order?
You most certainly can! Once your order is fulfilled and shipped on our end, look out for the order confirmation email which will contain your tracking number.

Ahh we all make mistakes! Just flick us a quick email to support@wigarmy.com telling us what you need and we’ll do our very best to help you out. Please note that if your wig is a special order and has already commenced manufacture, we will be unable to provide the altered article without additional charges. Additional charges may apply for redelivery etc.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship predominately to the US, Australia, New Zealand, India, Asia Canada and Europe but are working on shipping to countries beyond those listed. We are sorry if we are unable to ship to your country at this time, we’re working in the meantime to make it happen
